Introduction

Welcome to PrimeS4. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the services provided by PrimeS4, including but not limited to SAP solutions for supply chain management. By engaging with our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.

Services Offered

PrimeS4 provides a range of SAP-based solutions, including but not limited to:

  • Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Solutions
  • Business Network Solutions
  • Transport Management and Yard Logistics
  • Healthcare Development Solutions
  • Solutions for the Food and Cosmetics Industry The services provided may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time at the discretion of PrimeS4.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information necessary for the implementation of SAP solutions.
  • Ensuring internal compliance with data and security standards.
  • Cooperating with PrimeS4 throughout the implementation, configuration, and evaluation process.

Service Implementation

PrimeS4 provides pre- and post-implementation evaluation services as part of its SAP solution offerings. The client acknowledges that project timelines are subject to change based on various factors, including system complexity, client readiness, and external dependencies.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information disclosed during the service period. PrimeS4 will take all necessary measures to protect the client’s data in accordance with industry standards.

Data Privacy

PrimeS4 adheres to strict data protection regulations, ensuring that client data is handled in compliance with applicable data privacy laws. The client’s use of SAP solutions will be subject to SAP’s terms and conditions regarding data processing and protection.

Payments and Fees

All fees and charges for services will be outlined in the relevant service agreement. Invoices are payable within [insert number] days of receipt. Late payments may incur additional charges.

Termination of Service

Either party may terminate the service agreement upon providing  written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding fees must be paid, and access to the SAP solutions provided by PrimeS4 will be revoked.

Limitation of Liability
