1. Org Level Configuration
- All previously created organizational units are visible in the transaction code PPOME.
- Go to the organization unit, select your purchasing organization, and click Create.
- User IDs for the users who approve the freight agreement should be created in the backend.
- Create a position as Freight Agreement Approver.
- Select the Freight Agreement Approver option and click on Assign, then assign the user ID.
- Select the checkbox Head of Own Organizational Unit.
