About the Team :

Join a collaborative team of SAP experts, innovators, and strategists driving transformation across global supply chains. You’ll work alongside consultants, architects, and project managers who are passionate about designing and implementing state-of-the-art SAP TM/BN4L solutions.

 About the Role:

Step into a pivotal position as a SAP TM/BN4L Solutions Visionary, where you’ll lead solution design, integration, and implementation efforts. You’ll shape innovative transportation and logistics architectures, ensuring scalable, efficient, and robust SAP solutions for clients worldwide.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead the design and architecture of SAP TM/BN4L solutions tailored to client needs.

  • Oversee implementation and seamless integration with SAP modules (EWM, SD, FI, MM) and external systems.

  • Manage master data setup, including transportation networks, resources, default routes, freight agreements, calculation sheets, and rate tables.

  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and prepare documentation such as solution designs, functional specifications, and end-user guides.

  • Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and consultants to deliver high-quality solutions on time.

  • Stay updated on SAP TM/BN4L features and contribute to innovation initiatives, including external knowledge-sharing sessions.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 8+ years of proven experience as an SAP TM/BN4L Consultant or Solution Architect with successful implementations.

  • Strong expertise in order management, planning with optimizer, execution, and settlement processes.

  • Experience integrating SAP TM with SAP modules (MM, SD, EWM, FI) and external systems (EDI, XML, JSON).

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.

  • Proactive problem-solving skills and eagerness to stay updated on the latest SAP TM/BN4L advancements and industry trends.
