Partnering with PrimeS4, the company executed a structured SAP TM and BN4L evaluation focused on harmonizing fragmented processes, improving business readiness, and aligning operations. Through collaborative workshops, user‑enablement sessions, and detailed requirement assessments, the initiative consolidated 60+ disparate processes into 4–5 standardized SAP TM process variants, defined key design and solution elements, and advanced master‑data readiness.
