To tackle an increase in transportation demand, logistics complexity and global supply chain disruptions, the company embarked on a journey to expand and modernize its SAP Transportation Management capabilities and improve visibility across its global logistics operations. Existing transportation processes relied heavily on manual planning activities and underutilized advanced SAP TM functionality, limiting opportunities for consolidation, optimization, multimodal transportation planning, and collaboration across carriers, forwarders, and logistics service providers. In support of a logistics transformation objective, PrimeS4 led an SAP TM and BN4L implementation program focused on expanding existing transportation solution with new capabilities, increasing efficiency, improving logistics visibility, and strengthening connectivity across global logistics network of sites and external partners. The program enabled broader adoption of SAP TM, improved collaboration across transportation partners, enhanced shipment visibility, and increased opportunities for consolidation and operational efficiency across Road, Ocean, and Air transportation. By leveraging SAP TM and BN4L, the company established a scalable transportation foundation that supports continued growth, improved logistics execution, and greater operational excellence across its global supply chain.
