Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced WMS Manhattan Active Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience in implementing and supporting Manhattan Active Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), with a strong ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment. This role requires a highly skilled consultant capable of delivering high-quality solutions and expertise in managing complex WMS implementations for large-scale clients. Experience with SAP EWM or integration with Manhattan WMS is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of Manhattan Active WMS solutions, ensuring successful delivery on time and within scope.
- Analyze customer requirements and design customized WMS solutions that address business needs.
- Provide expert guidance and support throughout all stages of the project lifecycle, including pre-sales, design, configuration, testing, and post-go-live support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, logistics, and supply chain, to ensure seamless integration with other enterprise systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in the system, providing efficient solutions in a timely manner.
- Offer ongoing support to client’s post-implementation, ensuring smooth system operations and optimization.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, customizations, and processes.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for end users and internal teams.
- Stay up to date with the latest features and updates of Manhattan Active WMS and recommend improvements.
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in consulting, implementing, and supporting Manhattan Active WMS solutions.
- Proven track record of successful WMS implementation and system integration in warehouse environments.
- Strong understanding of warehouse processes, inventory management, and supply chain operations.
- Expertise in Manhattan WMS modules, including receiving, shipping, inventory management, labor management, and order management.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a hybrid work environment.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management principles.
- Willingness to travel if required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- SAP EWM experience or integration with Manhattan WMS is a plus.
- Certifications or advanced training in Manhattan Active WMS or related WMS platforms.
- Experience with integration of WMS with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Previous experience in supply chain optimization and process improvements.
