Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced SAP Transportation Management (TM) Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SAP TM functionalities, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently in a hybrid environment. This role will involve designing, implementing, and supporting SAP TM solutions that align with our clients’ business needs. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• SAP TM Solution Design and Implementation: Collaborate with clients to understand their transportation management requirements and design, configure, and implement tailored SAP TM solutions. 

• System Customization and Enhancement: Modify and enhance SAP TM functionalities to support core business processes, including transportation planning and freight cost management. 

• Technical Expertise in ABAP and Object-Oriented Programming: Leverage strong knowledge in ABAP and Object-Oriented programming to develop, troubleshoot, and optimize SAP TM solutions. 

• User Interface Development Skills: Proficiency in Business Object Processing Framework (BOPF), Floor Plan Manager (FPM), Personal Object Work List (POWL), FBI, and Web GUI for an optimized user experience. 

• Cross-Module Integration: Possess a deep understanding of integration points between SAP TM and other SAP modules to ensure seamless system interactions. 

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a primary liaison with clients, project managers, and key stakeholders to ensure project alignment and successful delivery of SAP TM solutions. 

• Continuous Learning: Stay informed on the latest SAP TM product updates, new features, and industry trends to continually advance expertise in the SAP TM domain. 

Qualifications: 

• Experience: Minimum 3-6 years of experience as an SAP TM Consultant with a proven track record of successful implementations. 

• Skills: Experience in output management and post processing framework. (PPF). 

• Integration: Experience with integrating SAP TM with other SAP modules like MM and SD. 

• Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders. 

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
