Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SAP EWM functionalities, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment. This role will involve designing, implementing, and supporting SAP EWM solutions that align with our clients’ business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Solution Design: Analyze business processes and requirements, and translate them into effective SAP EWM solutions.
  • Implementation: Lead or support SAP EWM implementations, including configuration, customization, and testing.
  • Integration: Work on the integration of SAP EWM with other SAP modules (e.g., SAP MM, SAP SD) and third-party systems.
  • Support & Troubleshooting: Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and optimization for existing SAP EWM implementations.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain project documentation, including functional specifications, configuration guides, and user manuals.
  • Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and provide expert advice on SAP EWM best practices.
  • Training: Conduct training sessions for end-users and client teams to ensure effective use of SAP EWM solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an SAP EWM Consultant with a proven track record of successful implementations.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of SAP EWM functionalities, including warehouse structure, inbound and outbound processes, inventory management, and cross-docking.
  • Integration: Experience with integrating SAP EWM with other SAP modules like MM and SD.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP EWM configuration and customization. Knowledge of ABAP programming is a plus.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
