Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced QTest Administrator with 5+ years of experience to support and manage QTest implementation for SAP testing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring, maintaining, and optimizing QTest for test management, ensuring seamless integration with SAP testing processes. This role requires strong expertise in test automation, QTest administration, and SAP testing methodologies. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Administer and manage QTest, ensuring smooth operations for SAP test cases and execution. 
  • Configure QTest user roles, permissions, workflows, and integrations with test automation tools and SAP systems. 
  • Collaborate with SAP functional and technical teams to create, manage, and execute test cases. 
  • Maintain test plans, test cycles, and test executions within QTest. 
  • Troubleshoot and resolve QTest-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime. 
  • Optimize QTest usage by implementing best practices and automating test management processes. 
  • Provide training and support to testers, ensuring effective utilization of QTest. 
  • Work with CI/CD pipelines and integrate QTest with tools like Jira, ALM, and automation frameworks. 
  • Generate reports and dashboards for test progress tracking and defect management. 

Qualifications: 

  • 5+ years of experience in QTest administration and test management. 
  • Strong expertise in SAP testing processes and methodologies. 
  • Hands-on experience with QTest setup, configuration, and maintenance. 
  • Knowledge of test automation frameworks and tools like Selenium, UFT, or Tricentis Tosca. 
  • Experience integrating QTest with Jira, ALM, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot QTest-related issues. 
  • Ability to create custom workflows, reports, and dashboards in QTest. 
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams. 

Nice to Have: 

  • Experience in SAP Solution Manager for test management. 
  • Familiarity with API testing and performance testing tools. 
  • Certifications in QTest, SAP, or test automation.
