Key Responsibilities:

• Solution Design and Architecture: Lead the design and architecture of SAP TM solutions, customized to meet the specific needs of our clients. Implement scalable, robust, and efficient system designs to streamline and enhance transportation and logistics processes. Conduct design workshops and if required, explain the best practices implemented at various customer projects.
• Implementation and Integration: Oversee the implementation and integration of SAP TM with other SAP modules (e.g., SAP EWM, SAP SD) and external systems, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation.
• Master Data Management: Knowledge of SAP TM master data setup: transportation network, resources, default routes, freight agreement, calculation sheet, rate table, etc.
• Compliance and Documentation: Ensure SAP TM solutions align with industry standards and regulatory requirements, particularly within the pharmaceutical sector. Prepare detailed documentation, including solution designs, functional specifications, and training materials for end-users.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a primary liaison with clients, project managers, and key stakeholders to ensure project alignment and successful delivery of SAP TM solutions. Guide and lead a set of consultants to complete the project tasks on-time and with the expected quality.
• Continuous Learning: Stay informed on the latest SAP TM product updates, new features, and industry trends to continually advance expertise in the SAP TM domain. Contribute to the company innovationinitiatives and if required, conduct external webinars on various business issues resolved using SAP SCM

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 7+ years of experience as an SAP TM Consultant with a proven track record of successful implementations.
• Skills: Strong experience in Order management, Planning with optimizer, Execution and Settlement processes.
• Integration: Experience with integrating SAP TM with other SAP modules like MM and SD. Skillset in integrating TM with other external systems and knowledge in interface mapping between TM XMLs and other formats such as EDI, json etc…
• Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
